All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day.

USA: delivery is free of charge for orders over 150$. Below that amount, a flat rate of 29$ is applied.

DELIVERY TIME

From the time the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 5 to 10 working days (depending on the carrier chosen and the country of destination). All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

TRANSPORT OF YOUR PACKAGE

When you choose the standard delivery method, the name of the carrier will be given to you in the confirmation of your order by email.

You will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal fees.

We advise you to group your purchases in a single order.

We cannot group orders placed separately. For orders placed separately you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

For post office deliveries, you have 14 days to collect your package. After this period, the package will be returned to our facilities. If your order is eligible for a refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

PREPARING YOUR ORDER

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

RETURNS

You have 15 days from delivery date to return an item (except for gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

For all return requests, you must:

  1. Fill out the following form by selecting "product return".

The return will be at your expense.

Upon receipt, our logistics centre will check the conformity of the product.

If the latter is in conformity (original packaging, in blister pack and unused), the request for a refund will be validated and the refund processed.

Refund

Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of your item(s) via the same payment method used for your purchase. For security reasons, we are not allowed to refund to a different account or credit card than the one used for payment at the time of placing the order.

 Any parcel sent otherwise than by this procedure cannot be processed.
